We provide Free shipping on all orders to all 48 states. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and sometimes Canada, but the customer is required to pay for shipping. Please contact us for a shipping quote if your scooter is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after ordering. Once your scooter arrives, make sure there is no shipping damage. If you are one of the few with any shipping damage, please write it down and have the carrier sign it. This will help when claiming your warranty.
